NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

Scheduled Water Shut Down – August 26, 2025

Dear Auberge Residents,

This notice is being sent to inform you of a complete water shutdown throughout the property on:

Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2025

Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This water shutdown is necessary for the city to perform a cross-connection test of the valves within the community. This test must be done for the developer to be able to turn over the reclaimed water system to Auberge. During this time, there will be no access to hot or cold water in any units or common areas.

We recommend that all Residents:

Store enough water in advance for drinking, cooking, and hygiene needs.
Avoid using appliances that require water during the shutdown (e.g., dishwashers, washing machines).
Plan accordingly to minimize any inconvenience.

We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to meet this requirement.
