Call for Committee Members
Good morning Auberge Residents,
HOA committee volunteers are essential to keeping a community running smoothly. They share the workload by bringing both time and a genuine investment in the community’s well-being. Their involvement also builds a stronger sense of connection and pride throughout the neighborhood.
The Board of Directors will be appointing volunteer committee members during the open session that is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 3:00 pm. If you are interested in volunteering for a committee, please request a form from jgoodman@actionlife.com Forms are due by 3:30 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
Sincerely,
Justin Goodman
General Manager
Community Guidelines Enforcement Policy Proposed Revisions
| Proposed revisions to the Auberge Community Guidelines, are now open for a 28-day review and comment period. These changes pertain specifically to the Enforcement Guidelines Section of our Community Guidelines and have been prepared by Auberge Community Association’s legal counsel. The proposed updates are intended to align our policies with California Assembly Bill 130 (AB 130), signed into law in June 2025. This legislation revises how Homeowner Associations (HOAs) may assess fines for violations of governing documents. Key provisions of AB 130 focus on strengthening homeowner due process rights and establishing stricter limits on the amount and process of issuing fines. The Board will review all feedback and discuss the proposed changes at the Open Session Board Meeting on October 28, 2025.If you wish to submit comments, please deliver your written feedback to the management office at The Club by October 10, 2025. The proposed changes were emailed to all Owners on 9/11/2025, and were posted in the bulletin board in The Club. Thank you, General Manager Justin Goodman |
NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Scheduled Water Shut Down – August 26, 2025
NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Scheduled Water Shut Down – August 26, 2025
Dear Auberge Residents,
This notice is being sent to inform you of a complete water shutdown throughout the property on:
Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This water shutdown is necessary for the city to perform a cross-connection test of the valves within the community. This test must be done for the developer to be able to turn over the reclaimed water system to Auberge. During this time, there will be no access to hot or cold water in any units or common areas.
We recommend that all Residents:
- Store enough water in advance for drinking, cooking, and hygiene needs.
- Avoid using appliances that require water during the shutdown (e.g., dishwashers, washing machines).
- Plan accordingly to minimize any inconvenience.
We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to meet this requirement.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact General Manager Justin Goodman at jgoodman@actionlife.com or (619) 377-8117.
Thank you,
