Inspect Your Exterior Paint on Homes

With the the winter and rain season some houses are showing more signs of paint deterioration. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of our community, this is a reminder to inspect the exterior of your properties doors, shutters, and trim for any signs of wear, peeling, or fading paint.

If your inspection indicates that painting or touch-up work is needed, please be reminded that it is the homeowner’s responsibility to arrange for this work to be completed.

A follow-up inspection of all homes will be conducted later in the year to ensure compliance with community maintenance standards.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and for helping to keep our neighborhood looking its best. Should you have any questions or if you need the specific paint colors for your property feel free to reach out. jgoodman@actionlife.com
