Street Sweeping
Street sweeping is scheduled for Wednesday, December 2nd from 12-2 PM. Please make sure to not park on the street to allow the sweeper to get right against the gutters. You may park your vehicles in the limited clubhouse parking lot (first-come, first-serve).
Service Trucks behind Auberge Summer Houses
You may have noticed some trucks doing work behind the Summer Houses. According to Lennar, no structures are being built behind Auberge. They are performing contour grading to set final grades and final landscaping. They are also performing access road maintenance.
Outdoor Gym Reminders
The maximum occupancy for the outdoor gym is two (2) residents. There is a 30-minute time limit per machine if there are residents waiting to use the machine. Please make sure to wipe down the machine and equipment after each use. Auberge is fortunate to have this outdoor amenity, let’s be considerate and cooperative when using this amenity.
Out of Office
I will be off-site on a training on Thursday, December 3rd through Friday, December 4th. As I will have limited access to my email, I will do my best in returning your email promptly. If you need immediate assistance during my absence and business hours, please contact Marillyn Monroy at mmonroy@keystonepacific.com or (949) 503-0342.

Facial Coverings in Auberge
In light of the increase rate of positive COVID cases, please make sure that face coverings are used when social distancing is not feasible. Per the California Department of Public Health Guidance for the Use of Face Coverings dated June 18, 2020 (as referenced in the San Diego County Public Health Order dated September 10, 2020), “face coverings are required when outdoors in public spaces when maintaining a physical distance of 6 feet from persons who are not members of the same household or residence is not feasible.”
It should be noted that there are several exemptions listed in the CDPH Guidance for the use of face coverings that may apply in certain circumstances. Let’s be good neighbors and take care of one another.
